7th August 2010 - Today is the day and this brings us to the end of our news box.
6th August 2010 - Band continue to work on first dance song.
6th August 2010 - Church flowers being prepared.
5th August 2010 - Preparation continues on the table decorations.
5th August 2010 - Rachel collects wedding cake.
4th August 2010 - Rachel meets the Best Man!
3rd August 2010 - Wedding day schedule created for the best man.
2nd August 2010 - SaturdayWedding.com is moved to my own, faster, hosting and name server to rectify DNS issue.
2nd August 2010 - Wedding Newsletter emailed to RSVP online guests.
31st July 2010 - Tim and Rachel visit Hillier Gardens for last minute planning.
27th July 2010 - Car wedding ribbon purchased.
18th July 2010 - Rachel has her Hen Party.
16th July 2010 - Order of Service copies printed.
16th July 2010 - Work started on the table decorations.
11th July 2010 - Church and Organist fee paid.
10th July 2010 - Completed wedding favours.
10th July 2010 - Church music confirmed with Organist.
10th July 2010 - Rachel meets with minister to finalize Order of Service.
2nd July 2010 - Sister of the groom to be wedding photographer.
29th June 2010 - Evening meal entertainment approved by Tim.
18th June 2010 - Mother of the bride finishes bridesmaid dresses.
9th June 2010 - Wedding cake ordered.
28th May 2010 - Tim and Rachel have moved house!
21st May 2010 - Tim and Rachel exchange on their house and will be moving on the 28th May 2010. That's right folks we are not only planning a wedding but we will also be moving!
8th May 2010 - Mother of the bride begins work on designing and making the bridesmaid dresses.
28th April 2010 - New Widescreen video released.
27th April 2010 - Video Gallery created.
16th April 2010 - Tim and Rachel receive their Certificate of Marriage.
15th April 2010 - Evening Band contract signed.
12th April 2010 - Draft music score for first dance song created.
11th April 2010 - Tim & Rachel visit Hillier Gardens again to finalize room layout for the band.
8th April 2010 - Tim picks his wedding ring.
6th April 2010 - Rachel's Wedding Dress Arrives.
30th March 2010 - Tim & Rachel give Notice of Marriage.
29th March 2010 - Rachel picks her wedding ring.
23rd February 2010 - Tim pays venue deposit and signs contract to secure Sir Harold Hillier Gardens.
20th February 2010 - Tim & Rachel meet the Minister of Romsey Methodist Church and set the date for their wedding.

Wedding Announcements

1) Thank you to all of you that have uploaded and sent us photos and video of our wedding. We really appreciate everything we have received so far and we are finding that each set of photos gives us a new perspective of our wedding day.

2) A Big Thank You for the presents we received and to those of you that have donated to our wedding fund.

3) Wedding (Sir Harold Hillier Gardens) on Saturday, 7th August 2010.

Schedule

1pm Wedding, Romsey Methodist Church.

3pm Afternoon Tea - Jermyns House (Limited availability, mainly close family, please check your invitation).

OR

6pm Evening Guests Reception Drink - Jermyns House.

6:45pm Visitor Pavilion Centre - Evening Welcome.

7pm First Dance.

7:05pm Partner Dancing - Crash Course (Not literally).

7:15pm Band starts to play.

8:30pm Evening barbecue meal and light entertainment.

9:30pm Band will resume playing.

10pm Wedding cake will be served whilst the band plays.

11pm - 11:30pm Carriages (End of the Evening).
